We use Google and Bing advertising tools to collect anonymous data of our customers. This is purely: Gender Age Range Interests Browser type – the browser the user is using Location – this comes from the IP address where the hit originated. We transfer you to Monek to make payment when you order from us and select our secure checkout. We do not have access to your full payment card information. Payment card information is at no point stored or transferred to/from this website.

Dekopay are our trusted finance provider. https://www.dekopay.com/privacy/. If you select to finance your purchase, we transfer you to the Dekopay site where you will need to provide additional information. We do not have access to any of the additional data you provide to Deko as part of your application.

Paypal are a trusted payment services provider. https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full. We transfer you to Paypal to make payment when you order from us and select our Paypal checkout. We do not have access to your full payment card information. Payment card information is at no point stored or transferred to/from this website.

TNT/Fedex are our trusted partner for Nationwide shipping. https://www.tnt.com/express/en_gb/site/privacy-policy.html When we ship your parcel with TNT we share your name, address, email and phone number so they can contact you with delivery information.

Evri are our parter for smaller parcels. https://www.evri.com/privacy-policy When we ship your parcel with Evri we share your name, address, email and phone number so they can contact you with delivery information.

Cycle Suppliers

ORBEA are a Cycle Company that supply Orbea Bikes https://www.orbea.com/gb-en/terms-conditions When you pre-order an Orbea cycle with us we will only pass on your email address and name. This is very rare and they do not add it to there database.

Advertising, Analytics and Customer tailored ads:

Google are a trusted advertising and analytics company. https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en When you view our website, one of our ads or use google, Google collects anonymous data. This is used with Google Analytics and Google Adwords so we can tailor our website experience and ads to customers. This data is NON personally-identifiable.
How long do we retain your information?
Our website has automated features which ensure that no personally identifiable information is retained for any longer than is strictly necessary.

For information held because you have ordered from us, the period is 366 weeks after which time your personal information is removed from the order record within our website.

If you apply for finance through our website, but the transaction does not complete for whatever reason, your personal information is automatically removed from the order record after 2 weeks.

If you commence but do not fully complete an order with us, some of your information may have been captured, however your personal information is automatically removed from the abandoned order record after 4 weeks.

If you have requested a stock alert from our website, your information is retained until the item comes back into stock, or 52 weeks, whichever is the soonest. You are required to confirm all stock alert requests, with unconfirmed requests being removed after a period of 48 hours.

If you have a customer rewards account, it will remain active unless you request us to remove it. If you decide to have your account removed, any points balance will be lost.

If you leave a product review, it will remain active unless you request us to remove it.
